Todo lo que sepa a curry me chifla y esta vez yendo a Lidl a por unos yogures me tope con este tarro de salsa de curry y coco con verduras y legumbres. Lo compré y, como muchas veces hago, lo deje en la despensa reposando y reposando....hasta que hace unos días descongelé dos pechugas de pollo para asarlas pero pensé que era el mejor momento para abrirlo, así que preparé un plato estupendo en un ratillo. Acompañado de un poco de arroz cocido...fantástico.
Mi hijo casi se comió la fuente entera él solo. Le encantó.
Ingredientes: 2 pechugas de pollo enteras -unos 600-700 grs-, 1 tarro de salsa de curry y coco con legumbres y verduras de la marca "RUSTICA"(comprada en Lidl pero seguro que hay algún tipo de salsa en la parte internacional de cualquier grande superficie), aceite y sal.
Preparación: Se trocean las pechugas en dados de 2x2 más o menos, se salan y se sofríen con un poco de aceite de oliva. Se pasan a una cazuela y una vez fritos todos los trozos se echa sobre ellos el contenido del tarro, se remueve y se deja cocer dos minutos para que se unifiquen los sabores. Y listo.
